- Yes I think the build.xml for the STS needs to be updated. If you run the "war" target, it auto-builds and auto-includes some Higgins .jars, but it seems many more are left out.
- There's a list of STS dependencies at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Token_Service_Build_Instructions#Component_Dependancies - And I can get a list by looking at the STS deployment at higgins.eclipse.org/TokenService. All three lists are different :) It would be nice if the build.xml could include all .jars that are needed for the default configuration (with LDAP)..
