Hello Daljeet, You're right Android ICard Selector uses CardSync for synchronizing user ICards. You may use latest CardSync build deployed on rh155 for testing (http://rh155.azigo.net/cardsync-new/rs/). CardSync B-1-1M7 war file is available here http://rh155.azigo.net/download/1.7/cardsync-new.war . You also may build it yourself (please, see my prior email http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/higgins-dev/msg06153.html).
