I created this new folder:
https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/technology/org.eclipse.higgins/trunk/H2/org.eclipse.higgins.ontology/
It also has three sub-folders:
- examples
- doc
- templates
...and updated the wiki pages "Files" sections (e.g.
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Persona_vocabulary#Files) to point to it
Now the H2 master folder is completely self-contained. Everything (including
ontology stuff) for Higgins 2.0 is under trunk/H2.

PS: Tom, the UML graffle file you were looking for has been moved. It is now in
the "doc" subfolder mentioned above.
