Code update for Higgins H2 platform. Includes account management features; forgot password reset, change password, change email address, and delete account.
Also incorporates dynamic card loading based on new CardList context, as well as dynamic CardContext loading based upon available contexts. Build notes: Browser extension installation flow is rather clunky at the moment, but functional. Logging in via the BX once it is installed may pose problems at the moment.
