Hi Warrel,
I noticed you are using maven 1.1. I'm not sure if all software works
with maven 1.1. It should work with maven 1.0.2 though. We use it all
the time.
Perhaps we should have a look at this problem with maven 1.1 in the mean
time. It seems that it does not find the uberjar plugin or that it is
corrupt. Perhaps delete the plugin and see if it downloads it again?

I built the jar using Ant in the end but am having trouble running it for
some classpath reason - can't find httpclient.Credentials even though I give
it the jar in the classpath
