Thanks all,

jsp:include doesn't work because error occured not document with that name

but it gives me some idea how to solve

I put some java code to fetch page(that is just string) with new url
request and put it in string

with InputStreamReader and URL

that way it work in live and preview
I always fetch from /preview
and it doesn't matter in which mode  am I
