Are you sure you want to delete all properties? as some are set on the document by the cms and will not get recreated when touching the document. Examples are type, index & publicationdate, but there are no doubt a few more. You might want to run a dasl query which returns all properties for any document (DAV:allprop), and then parse that somehow to get an exact list of all properties in use within your namespace and manually figure out which ones you actually want to delete with the propertiesdelete wdbp plugin.
Anyone suggest a nice way to strip the hippo properties?
