You shouldn't need to trigger it yourself: changing/adding/removing a document in the repository does trigger the repository to send out jms events, to all subscribed listeners. The cms should be one of those listeners, which, if configured correctly, it will be > to trigger a cache refresh. Is this assumption correct?
