We're deploying our website on tomcat 6. When we do some changes on CMS,
we have to stop and restart the tomcat to see the changes on the

Can I see the changes without restarting the tomcat? Can I add something
for tomcat-configuration or like this

This definitely sounds like a problem with your JMS configuration.
When you change something in the repository, it will send out a JMS
message, so any interested applications may invalidate their cache for
that object.

Please turn your logging to DEBUG, and see if the JMS messages are send
by the repository and/or received by the application.

Log messages to look for are:
"Initialize JMS"
"JMS initialization successful"
"Initializing JMS failed, will retry in 1000 milliseconds."
"Incoming slide event: "

If you confirm that they are not received, please provide us with more
information about your setup and configuration. Are the repository and
website running within the same tomcat, do you use ActiveMQ and/or
OpenJMS, etc.

Regards,
