Yes.. "DUAL" is a typical oracle object.
I just found that some of my custom xpatches to the WorkflowStore were
not applyed during build process.

Check you servermanager templates, you probably use the ones for MySQL
or Oracle, am I correct?
There should be a validationquery defined which says 'SELECT 1 FROM
DUAL', for Postgres that should probably be be 'SELECT 1'
