Hi Dean,

Because it's maven 1 you have to build it with maven 1.0.2 using the
command
maven uberjar 
(And not mvn uberjar:uberjar).
The documentation did mention the correct jar. The uberjar contains all
jars necessary to run this tool, unlike the regular jar which only
contains the classes from this project.
