Hi guys, I am trying out the Xinha editor in the new hippo cms I built from the trunk (v6.06.00-dev).
Here are some of my observations: 1. There are no fundamental differences in the output html in Firefox 3: - both have the long list of meta-data and style definition in the beginning of the document, - both clear out MS specific tags - both handle ul and ol well for Word Documents using a Normal template - both need to click the clear font button to clean out the font size definition 2. Improvements on IE 7 with the new Xinha: - The older version cleaned out all formatting, while the new version preserved the <h/> and <a/> - The older version doesn't know how to handle unordered list and ordered list at all. It is working in the new version. - New version doesn't clean out <font/> tags even I clicked the clear inline font definition button. That's a drawback. Are my observations consistent with yours?
