Does this all pertain to if you do Her2nu in-house or for all Breast whether you send them out in the event a breast profile has been requested? We do not do them in-house.

The fact that they are biopsies is irrelevant because the NBF fixation time is the same for specimens from 160µm to 4 mm thick (the crosslinking time is independent of tissue thickness). You cannot compare your results to others unless you know exactly how your methodology compares. M<methodology and the IHC procedure itself (reagent and their dilutions) can influence the difference between your results and the others. My advise is to run your procedure according to the ASCO/CAP standards and do not worry about other results. Working properly will back the quality of your results.
