I would like to make some electrophysiological recordings from mouse monocytes using an automated planar patchclamp system. The problem is, that I need at least 1x106cells /ml to do this. I have never isolated monocytes from mice so I would like to locate a lab in the UK who routinely isolate pure preparations of mouse monocytes so that I can arrange to visit to learn the technique first hand. Can anybody help me in the matter?
