We have a Procycler by BR Instrument & we have been calling the company with some questions and they refuse to send someone out to PM the recycler. We don't have major problems, but sometimes it doesn't want to read the temp probe, and we've had some issues that are 'solved' by shutting the machine totally off ... when we start it again, 5 minutes later, it seems to be fine. The representative we speak with wants to give us information over the phone to 'fix' the machine, but we are wondering if someone could come in that we could actually talk to and get some further PM done on it. Does anyone else use this recycler and/or have you had a tech come to service your machine? If you did, what did you bribe them with?
