He who signed the final diagnosis on this consultation ought to keep the slides because they are the "proof" of such final diagnosis. If you just did the IHC procedures to be sent to them so they would do the final diagnosis, then they keep the slides. René J.

One of our pathologists believes the IHC slides should be returned to the original requesting lab.
