Hi Everyone,

I have to make up antifade media. The recipe I was given is: 5 ml 0.1 M
phosphate buffer, 50 mg p-phenylenediamine, 45 ml glycerol (pH to ~ 10.0
with NaOH)

However, I notice that solution became quite a dark yellow when dissolving.
Is this normal? It seems to occur every time I try to make it up.

Thanks in advance

Neil
