Apparently Obama and Brown, with the reluctant compliance of Germany and China are aiming to rationalise the pay and conditions of laboratory workers worldwide, and hopefully if they succeed the histotechs in the U.S.A. will one be the major beneficiaries!, so fingers xxxed everyone.
