The circles could be either from air bubbles present when you mount the slides onto the coverplates, or they could have arisen after exposure to H2O2 as part of the staining procedure. Doing the H2O2 off instrument in a coplin jar and then rinsing and mounting them in the coverplates will help keep that from happening.
