We have recently been having dark nuclear staining with our AE1/AE3 antibody. This is a recent event and we cannot figure out what is going on. It started gradually and has been increasing in intensity. We have not changed antibody lots or any other part of our protocol. Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions on what is happening here?
