Hi Histonetters, I was given 3 antibodies that were worked up previously with 1% glycine for 30 mins. prior to antibody incubation. I have not come across this before and was wondering if anyone knows the purpose of its use. Is it a blocking reagent. The antibodies that I am using it on are GRP78,GRP94,PDI.
