Our IHC waste is hauled away like our Alcohol/Xylene sub. The town we are in would not allow the IHC waste down the sink, but they do allow us to throw the NexES sp. Stainer waste down the sink. Maryland is the state.

I know each municipality is different so let me know what you do and where you live. Ventana does not separate toxic from non toxic waste so I imagine there is a lot of toxic waste to deal with and the liquid coverslip alone is something that I would think should not go down the drain??????
