I'm looking for an employee in southern california to be a lead tech for a derm lab. Just wondering what the histonet sees as far as pay rate for a tech with some experience. Please give me some hypothetical ballpark figures for a certified tech as well as uncertified, keeping in mind this person will do all routine work plus some administrative work. Thanks!
