Our pathology department has been using Dragon for 3 years now and really like it, both PA's and pathologists alike! It is time saving and easy to adapt to, even the Pathologists who have their foreign accents!! In fact, our entire facility is switching to Dragon for dictation. The only negative was the loss of FTE's for secretaries, as it took their work away!!
