Hi folks, I am so confused about the NYS histo license. I have been an HT(ASCP) since 1989. and want to apply for a license. The gov.website has several paths to be grandfathered in through employment history and experience but had a cut off for application of Jan. 09 for that path. Can anyone tell me if I now need to start over and go back to school or what the deal is?
