Raj, If you answer Eric's email I may help you too, because I set up a highly complex testing lab at dermatology starting from scratch with an empty room when they were starting the remodeling the room. The room may have already been equipped with ventilation, plumbing and electrical but they still had to put outlets and design the working are and bench surface. Soofia
