I do not believe so. There are some questions from the Self Assessment booklet from NSH on IHC/EM and Enzyme Histochemistry but since it has so many subjects to cover not much space left for just IHC. Your best bet is the Dako Handbook on IHC and the references listed on the IHC Resource Group website, www.ihcrg.org , join the group online from the website to access the references and the pp presentation on Taking the QIHC by Ethel Macrea, gotta be a member of NSH to join the IHCRG but it is a great resource.
