Has anyone had any trouble prestaining tissues in eosin and then doing IHC? I'm making cell blocks from clear fluid full of cells embe= dded in agar before processing and I just was wanting a way to be able to s= ee it. Does anyone see a problem with a drop of eosin in the cells be= fore processing? I don't just didn't know if someone else saw an issu= e? Hope everyone has a great weekend!!
