Dear All, I have a problem with Immunoflorescence.(IF)
I made a monoclonal antibody, which works fine for western blot. But when I was doing IF I had a problem. I can see the staining in my KO and WT mice, I don't expect to see any staining in the KO mice. This same monoclonal antibody works fine for western blot, I don't see any band in KO cell lysates. Can you guys please help me in this. Does antigen retrival help? Thank you very much in advance.
