Hello all, I am being asked to do immunostaining on fla= t mount sections of rat eyes. First, what is a flat mount and does an= yone have a protocol on how to make one? Second, what is the methodol= ogy to do immuno stains on these? Do you have to fix them, cut them, = I have never done this and need some help. Thanks guys!!
