1% hydrochloric acid will eliminate the hematoxylin. You do not need to repeat 
HIER (if the section has already gone throught it).

I would like to repeat my staining on the slides already coverslipped but need 
to remove hematoxilin first.
How to remove hematoxilin? Is it need to repeat Antigen retrieval?
