This happened to me a couple weeks ago. You got water on the slide after the eosin staining. Just run it back through alcohols, and rinse for about five minutes. Change out the alcohols, and re-stain.

We are performing a rapid H&E stain on frozen sections. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! _______________________________________________ Histonet mailing list Histonet@lists.utsouthwestern.edu http://lists.utsouthwestern.edu/mailman/listinfo/histonet _______________________________________________ Histonet mailing list Histonet@lists.utsouthwestern.edu http://lists.utsouthwestern.edu/mailman/listinfo/histonet
