Hi Histonetters I am testing the Leica Bond III immunostainer. How is everyone handling processing the Hercept test from Dako on the Bond III? I cannot use either the approved pretreatment or visualization system, not to mention the approved buffer. I currently run my immunos on the Dako so it has not been a problem. I would appreciate any input anyone has. Thanks in advance.
