Am I the only one who hates seeing posts about POL's. HOW ARE THESE NOT STARK LAW VIOLATIONS? It's self referral, period! As a private lab owner, I'd love to be able to take a few dr. partners, but noooo, that's self referral and against the law. It's all bull, just matters who's contributing more to the campaign funds!
