We use the Leica RM2255, RM2235, RM2165 and RM2265 and we love all of them! We are a research lab and are cutting paraffin and plastic. What are the specific issues that you are having with them?

We have been looking at the Sakura SRM 200 and the Leica 2125. We are looking for reliability and have net gotten it from the RM2235. Is anyone using either of these that would be willing to offer suggestions?
