OK netters,
I've got a problem that's just cropped up over the last week or so.
It's happening to our larger specimens, and only the ones containing tumor.
When we cut a slide, the tissue looks processed well, but as the slide dries,
the tissue area turns really white. Then when we try and stain it (especially
Immunos)
just that portion of the section falls off. Any clues to defeat this gremlin
would be greatly
appreciated.
