With the data you have from your employees, calculate the number of units per
unit time you get for the different tasks.
Feed your data on Excel and prepare totals per lab and per employee and make
graphs that you can display and discuss with your boss and your employees.

Subject: [Histonet] Employee productivity

Hello to all in histoland.  How is employee productivity calculated.  I have my
techs fill out a workload tally sheet daily.  My boss wants me to take the data
and come up with a productivity chart or graph that says who is productive or
not.  I don't need a tally sheet to say who is working or not.  Is any one
doing this?  I need help.
