Sue, As I said, I don't know the specific regulation, and I don't remember specific block numbers of cases that I have charged. The Laboratory Director (in most cases a Pathologist) has final say about what gets charged anyway (in most places). What's interesting, is that if what you say about A1, B1, C1 vs. A1, A2, and A3 is correct, *one could gross in a case with an eye towards recompensation*. If it were about the money. Which it's not.
