Hi All, I am hoping someone in research may have used this antibody in the past and may be able to shed some light on whether they were able to get this to work or not. I am running some more slides using 4 different method of retrieval to see if any of those work. Wondering if anyone has used this antibody on human FFPE tissue and what the retrieval method was. I am going to use a breast tumor as my optimizing control but have limited supply. I am using Santa Cruz antibody C-16: sc-130133.
