We had same problem at my old job. I don't think they have come up with a separate IHc so our doctor would order an alcian yellow with ihc on children under age of 12 I think but we gave this up cause it's so rare. If you look up on Google under h. Heilmannii, I believe its spelled, it has a lot of papers written on it that might help. Anne
