Hello wise ones! I am having an issue with yeast floating off my lab, agar grown fungus controls. Micro made us a beautiful control 5 months ago. Now all of a sudden we are seeing a significant amount of yeast floating off the control and attaching to the outer edges of the patient tissue. I thought maybe we hadn't achieved complete fixation? Now, as we cut deeper into the control block the yeast cells are breaking away? Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks, Cheri
