I am attempting to re-write our procedure and policy manual. Our scope of service is routine anatomic pathology/histology and Non Gyn cytology. Right now the lab is CLIA certified. Anyone care to share their policy and procedure manual? I would like to look at a couple of nicely done manuals to serve as template. It can be for CAP not just CLIA.
