With the 100% ETOH, Histoclear, and paraffin, you will need two changes as has 
already been mentioned. Dense, thick or fatty tissues require more time. Given 
these are small animal tissues you may be able to cut your time in each station 
in half. You also may think about using isopropanol rather than the more 
expensive ethanol. So, add a change of each as above and try processing in each 
one 30 minutes and see how that works for you. This makes this about a 5 hour 
process which may be more doable. However, you may find that without 
pressure/vacuum in the paraffin you may need one hour in each change for good 
infiltration.
