I have received notice so I would guess it is a phishing scheme.

I have been the Histonet administrator since its inception and I have NEVER 
heard of a need to renew a subscription. I don't think the server is programmed 
to ask for that (at least I haven't been notified of such a thing) so I think 
it must be a bogus request so please ignore it.
