Scenario: I am billing for immunostains and there are 3 specimens; A, B, C. Pathologist orders 1 stain on all 3 specimens. I bill 3 88342's. Pathologist orders 2 stains each on A and B. I bill 2 88342's and 2 88341's.
Is this correct?
