Hi all, I just performed TRAP staining on ffpe edta delcaled bone sections using the Sigma kit (#387A), and was wondering if anyone had experience with reducing the yellow staining over the entire tissue due to the Fast Garnet GBC. I had positive TRAP staining that is red, but there is a lack of contrast due to the yellow that I'd like to improve.
