I have acquired a Leica TP1020 tissue processor for my lab. I have never had to process tissue before so I am reaching out for help. I have no idea what protocol I need to be using. I am working with human brain tumor tissue that has been fixed in 10%NBF for 24-48 hours then transferred to 70% EtOH. I need to know what to do with it from here. Can someone help me with this please? Thanks.
