Sigma-Aldrich does have p16 (it is also know as INKa):
Anti-INKa(p16) antibody, clone 13H4.1 cat # MABE1328
or
Anti-p16 Antibody, clone D25 cat#MAB4133

Are you referring to Ventana?
If so, they will have 2 other kits coming out for it. They will require the
use of Optiview detection or it will be considered an LDT. Just found this out
from my rep.
