Dear all, I am learning the Movat Pentachrome stain currently (American Mastertech kit) and trying to stain coronary arteries. I have looked through literature examples but have been unable to locate higher resolution examples of arteries.
I would greatly appreciate any example images from experienced histotechs on what the final stain should look like on arteries. Any comments and tips would also be appreciated!
