Hello all, Would anyone be willing to share how they track workload? Spreadsheet? Database? Our volume has recently increased and I am looking for a way to track individual output so that I can distribute work and rotate tasks fairly. I don't want to have my "fast" people going out with repetitive motion injuries because they ended up with an unfair portion of the workload. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!
